What is a New Contact Message?
A New Contact Message is the written message you post on LookHook to find him/her.

Do I need to use my credits to post a New Contact Message?
No, it’s FREE

Do I need to be registered to post a New Contact Message?
Yes.

When do I create My New Contact Message?
After your initial attraction you should first perform a Search. Depending on the Search results you either respond to Contact or you post your New Contact Message to enable the other person to find you on LookHook.

What if the Search results don’t match my search criteria?
You can create and post a New Contact Message which will enable the other person to find you on LookHook.

What do I write in My New Contact message?
   1. Describe the place and situation in which you saw each other for the first time.
   2. Describe in details what he/she looks like.
   3. Let them know how you felt about him/her when you saw them. What attracted you to her/him
   4. Provide details about yourself so he/she can identify you easily.

Example 1: I saw you at the Grand Hotel (Melb). You were in the main bar with two friends standing in front of the fire place. You were wearing a grey jumper and blue jeans. You have short curly black hair and a sleeper earring in your left ear.  You winked at me during the evening. I was blown away by how handsome you are and would really like to meet you. I can’t get you out of my mind.   I was sitting at the bar opposite with a group of friends wearing a short blue dress with long red boots and have a dozen bangles on my left wrist. I have long straight blond hair with red highlights, about 5’7 tall.   I am quite petite and have a great sense of humor.  I am sure you will remember me and look forward to your reply. xox

What if the search results do match your search criteria?
You can contact the person by responding to a Contact Message.

I’ve posted some New Contact Messages but didn’t receive any responses, why?
Don’t be discouraged by not receiving responses as there is a simple explanation;
He/ she may not be single or they may not be aware they have a chance to meet you on www.lookhook.com.au yet.

What are My Contacts?
My Contacts is the history of all your posted contact messages.

What do I write in My Profile?
Use your imagination and write anything you want about yourself. Note: The more information you provide on yourself, the higher the rate you will be identified and possibly contacted.

Do I need to have My Profile?
No you don’t. Your profile is optional. You can send a message without a profile or not along with your first response to a Contact Message.

Is My Profile visible to other users of LookHook?
Unlike other sites, Your Profile is NOT VISIBLE to other users.  You decide which contacts receive your profile and when you post your Profile.

What is a Contact Alert?
It’s a special feature- search engine. It works 24/7 searching for messages posted by other Members.

How to activate a Contact Alert?
You need to activate a Contact Alert by filling the required empty fields.
Example;

• Date (02/09/2007)
• Place (Red Gum Restaurant/ South Melbourne)
• Time (6pm-8pm)

When the Search engine finds a corresponding New Contact Message you will receive an email alert notification from LookHook administrator.

When do I use a Contact Alert?

1. When you want to be notified that someone has posted a New Contact Message which meets your Contact Alert Criteria.
2. When you have seen someone you would like to contact but you do not have the time to write a New Contact Message
3. When you were out and didn’t see anyone that caught your eye, but would still like to find out if someone had their eye on you.

How many Alerts can I activate?
You can have one active Alert at the time.

Benefits of Referring a Friend?
You will be credited 1 free Credit Point each time you invite one of your friends to successfully register with LookHook.com.au.

Am I limited to the number of FREE credits?
No, the more friends you will refer the more credits you will earn.

Is there an expiry date on my credits?
Yes, there is. You have got 12 months to use all your credits.

Why is my email address revealed to my New Contact?
Your email address is sent to whom you respond to in order to continue further correspondence.

Am I limited to the number of posted new messages per day?
No. You may post as many Contact messages per day as you wish.
